Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim Cansaran Tan\u0131d\u0131r is a nationally and internationally recognized specialist with long-standing clinical and academic experience in the fields of pediatric cardiology and interventional pediatric cardiology. After completing his medical education at Hacettepe University, he received his specialization in child health and diseases at Okmeydan\u0131 Training and Research Hospital, and then completed his subspecialty trainings in pediatric cardiology and interventional pediatric cardiology at Mehmet Akif Ersoy Chest Heart and Vascular Surgery Center. He obtained the titles of associate professor and professor in his academic career and was appointed as one of the founders and administrators of the largest pediatric heart center in our country at Istanbul \u00c7am and Sakura City Hospital.<\/p>\n

In his clinical practice, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart diseases, Prof. Dr. Tan\u0131d\u0131r has performed more than 30,000 echocardiographic evaluations and over 10,000 pediatric cardiac catheterization procedures to date. Transcatheter ASD, PDA, and VSD closure, stent applications in the neonatal and infant periods, pulmonary valve implantation, hybrid and fluoroscopy-free procedures are among his areas of expertise. In addition, he has contributed to the treatment of hundreds of children in humanitarian aid programs carried out in more than 8 countries in Asia and Africa.<\/p>\n
