His academic and clinical career was shaped at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his medical education in 1997, his Internal Medicine specialization in 2002, and his Medical Oncology subspecialty in 2005 at the same university. He spent all stages of his academic career at the same institution; he started as a lecturer in 2005 and received the titles of associate professor in 2010 and professor in 2016 at Marmara University. This process enabled him to develop a consistent clinical approach within the institution. After a career of more than 20 years at Marmara University, he joined Ac\u0131badem Healthcare Group in 2020 and continues his work in the field of Medical Oncology there. He is a member of important professional organizations such as the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO), and the Turkish Medical Oncology Association.<\/p>\n
